It should be fixed, just make sure you have the latest version of the game app installed and it should be updated.

I'm not sure if you can. The only thing you can try is disconnecting from Facebook in the game app and also the Facebook app. Then find out how to clear your cache to clear the info, then log back in. I think you're gonna have to do this on each occ…

Can you say exactly what the 'achievements window' is? Do you mean your Kingdom profile or is there an event that you're not getting or something? Let me know.

Candy Crush and most of the other King games always run behind on mobile. This is normal. The levels come out first on Facebook then a few weeks later on mobile :)

If your account has been mixed with your wive's game then you need to disconnect from Facebook and log out of Facebook as well. Then restart your mobile and log back into everything. This should unlink things for you.

There are something like 900+ levels so I think you need to update the game. Check the Google Play app for an update.

The game is opening in fullscreen mode straight away so all you need to do is swipe down at the top of the app and then the menu bar at the bottom will appear allowing you to exit the game.

I haven't heard of any issues like this before. This could be an iTunes issue as your email address is specific to you so I don't think this is related to the game sorry. Just check that it's the right email.

There are no more levels on Windows devices right now. Level 1685 seems to be the last and there haven't been any updates for some time. It's a bit of a shame for Windows users.
