Do you mean the free switch hand, the red one? It's designed to switch 2 candies, so once you have tapped on it, you can choose 2 candies to swap around on the board :)

How did you save your progress before? If you disconnect from Facebook then your game should return to normal. Just go to the settings and log out of Facebook.

I guess it's just to add to part of the challenge. It's frustrating but it can be done. Use your magic beans to make the level a little easier.

Check you Google account details, make sure they are up to date. Maybe even clear the cache settings for this (go to settings, apps, google play, clear cache) and then try again. This should work for you :)

If you can play on mobile then you have a timer that allows you to pass after 72 hours. If not, then you only have the options to ask for friends or use gold bars. On Facebook I don't know of any gold bar promotions sorry!

Do you mean that you didn't ask or you don't want to ask? It depends what you're playing on. You can always use gold bars or wait for the timer to countdown :)

Log out from Facebook in the app settings and then log back in. I've seen a few players who have said that this worked for them.

I think if you just disconnect from Facebook in the app, then your game should return to normal. It's because you have never played on Facebook so the game is recognizing that you haven't played any levels.

Once the progress is saved I'm not sure there is a way to remove it. I have seen a few comments saying to log out from Facebook and restart to clear the cache, then log back so maybe try this, see if it works for you.

Did you receive the email about the promotion or did you see a pop up? I don't remember getting 500 gold bars either.

This can happen if you change the time on your device so you just have to adjust it back until the roadblock shows the proper time. If this doesn't work then clearing out your cache for the game should also reset the timer.
