There should be about 360 levels so head to your app store and check for a game update :)

If you didn't save your game with Facebook or Kingdom then I don't think you can get your progress back. I haven't seen any comments from King to say that saving your game via iCloud will work. Did you save it any other way?

I know that the events are timed but it's normally something like 24/48 hours so maybe this is the reason? Try disconnecting and reconnecting from Facebook/Kingdom and seeing if they return. I don't think there is much you can do if they don't ret…

From what I've red before, the roadblock timer is linked to your mobile clock, so if you changed this then it will affect the timer. Not suggesting you have of course, but it's something to keep in mind. If you clear the game cache in the settings…

I checked and King Care is only available in English and Spanish. I can't help with the amount of letters of course but if the game is freezing then follow the steps in this thread. They have helped me in the past: https://care.king.com/en/candy…

What does it do differently? Check that you have the latest update of the game on both devices. This is the only way to ensure that the games and levels are the same.

If you log out again in the settings then your progress should return. Try it :) Check if your levels have transferred over to Facebook on a laptop/PC if you can.

The promotion is mobile only that's why. They haven't added it to the Facebook version of the game :)

This would be a browser issue Dana, this is not related to Candy Crush. You will need to check the adobe site or maybe even troubleshoot whichever browser you are using.

If you say why the game isn't progressing you then we might be able to help. Is there an error on the map? Does the previous level say you didn't pass. Try and provide more information :)

This is something to do with your Facebook settings as the game reads this information from your Facebook account. Check your settings and see what Locale you have, what currency you have chosen on Facebook etc.

It sounds like your game was either only connected with Facebook and not Kingdom, or you had it saved under a different email address maybe? Do you have another account you can check?

It sounds like your game was connected to Kingdom? Just open up Candy and in the settings, connect to Kingdom again and this will return your game progress :)

It looks like the level has been updated so everyone has 25 moves now. It might take a while to update on all platforms. It's just unfortunate as now a new strategy is needed!

Did you miss a day and get set back? Generally promotion items are not compensated for. The only thing you can try is to log out and in again to Facebook/Kingdom and see if the rewards appear.

The recharges are only for boosters that you currently have, if I understand it correctly the only last for 24 hours also. So if you don't currently have or use the booster, then it won't recharge.
