Do you have the latest version of the game app installed? Can you post up a screenshot of this, curious to see what it looks like, to see what you can see..

It's because the app is designed to save the highest level, so if you log in with an account with a lower level, it will automatically overwrite the existing game. These are the official steps to take apparently. I saw these steps in another thread: -log out of Facebook in the Candy Crush app -log out of the Facebook app…

I'm guessing you just have to connect your mobile game to Facebook (this should help: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/lost-your-connection-to-facebook-android) and then play on Facebook to receive them. What were the rewards?

Your boosters will probably be lost judging from the comments here: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/boosters-messages-842482091 Your gold bars will still be available though, you only need to reconnect to Kingdom/Facebook, whichever one you used.

For help on the site you will need to say what device you are using, what you have tried so far, why isn't unlocking etc. The more information the better really.
