  • Just adding to @Kevin_ suggestion of using the windows app, I highly recommend this if you can! Its much better, quicker and you get things you do not get on the facebook version. Also, are you using a pop up blocker?

  • Ah no worries, not everyone knows so its better to mention than not, especially if you post anywhere else that's not as friendly lol. I am glad you are still loving the game!
  • They eat the semi digested poop to get all the nutrients. But they don't die from malnutrition. Its usually a sign of something wrong though if they aren't. Mr Choo is a rabbit expert.

  • Open the game. Click on the circle with 3 lines in. This brings up a menu, click customer support. Personally I would choose the events option and choose any option then, scroll to the bottom and choose chat with us 😊
