If you are passing all the new levels quickly, how about trying to play without using gold or boosters? Have a little patience and play without and then you won't have to complain about waiting for new levels. And yes you are using helpers as you cannot pass the newer levels without. As @LoFiGummy has said, not all are shown for everyone. Just because you had it regularly before does not mean you will automatically have it every time.
