  • No idea why they are still testing or how they can still call it testing, but you were lucky to have had it that long. I've been playing since it started on Facebook in 2013 and have never ever had them. You don't need to pay for gold bars it just takes longer 🤷🏻‍♀️
  • The response from King3107 is not actually support or anything to do with King. he isn't a CM or a mod or a kingster. Its just a randomly assigned number and for some reason, he likes to answer like hes working for king. But he isn't. Apologies for the confusion.
  • The best thing to do would be to message player support from within the game, they can access your account (we cannot) and see if they can see what is going on. It sounds like it didn't connect to save progress, but ask them nicely and they are usually fairly good 🎃
