Mine does the same thing in devices that don't have enough spare memory or are older. Can you let us know which device you are using please, the make model and the app version. Also your OS version 😊

Good evening and welcome to the community! Are you getting any requests at all for your friends needing lives? It might be that when they are sending them to you, they are not online at the same time and by then you are full. Are you connecting with Facebook or the Kingdom?

Hi unfortunately there isn't. All I can suggest is that you remove any apps you don't need, check whats filling your storage. And it will be gone in a few weeks which is no consolation I know 😒

Are you playing connected to Facebook? Have you tried removing the game from Facebook then opening the game again and clicking on log in with Facebook? It will reset permissions.
