Hi and welcome to the community. We cannot help with compensation here, but when its fixed, if you message player support from within the game and ask them nicely, they can only say yes or no!

If you are playing on a device, you need to go check your installed apps in the app store. You might need to refresh as auto update is never very auto lol. If its Facebook, it would update itself but you might have to clear cache and cookies.

We can only apologise right now, its got to be a big issue though otherwise it would have been sorted by now 😒
