Hi and welcome. To add to what our super community manager said, were you playing on PC? It will update itself and if you've been around level 7663 its been fixed so should work on all formats.

hi, as long as you are logged in the same way on both, progress will carry over usually. Right now though there is an issue meaning Facebook doesn't go past 7663 so until that's fixed, it won't show accurately if you go further on iPad. Progress will be saved as long as you are logged in on iPad, it just won't show on fb…

You will know it's been fixed when you open Facebook as it won't be stuck on 7663 even though you are further ahead on mobile 🙂 If it's not fixed, Facebook will still be on that level:

we have had confirmation from our community manager @Snow_Riderin the issues thread that the studio is aware and investigating as to why the fix hasn't appeared. So apologies but please know they are working on it.
