Hi just to add that it also seems as though there was an older version of this with 12 pets…but the studio rolled out another version. It might not have gone to everyone though if they are testing it. @Lynette has advised players previously to make sure that their game is fully updated.

Hiya while this is being looked into, the best thing to do as regards your bars is message player support from within the game as they can look into the account side 😊

if you don't skip then it just does what it currently does now and you watch it. If you skip then it bypasses all that. Sorry I haven't had more than a move left on the levels I have managed to pass, so I haven't add that video to see. I know you don't like it but honestly it is better than the first version that came out…
