Good morning Lynda, you need to go to the ios app store, click on your little image in the corner (I always pull the screen down slightly to refresh it at this point) and you will see a list of updates waiting for you to allow. Setting them automatic will mean they will get done but often they can wait days to do.

Elena it's not about being right it's about knowing how things are done. but the new manager is aiming to be as vocal as he can be and for everything else we make sure he sees it even if he doesn't respond personally 😊
