Hello, could you let us know how you are playing the game please, on a device or via a browser? If on a browser, have you cleared cache and cookies? If you have a windows 10/11 computer you can download the app from the microsoft store and play on it that way. 🤗

@PummyRaj Bluestacks is a programme that you download and allows you to play games that you can normally only play on mobiles, by making it think the computer is a phone. Not needed this time though as you say. 🤗

Hello and a warm welcome to the community. Are you playing on the browser version of the game? At which point is it telling you it has no connection? Do you have access to the windows 10 app? I ask that as the browser seems to have a connection fault right now but the community manager has been made aware of it.
