The best thing to do as regards not getting rewards would be to contact player support from within the game. The harvest rush connection is a seperate issue to not getting them for other events. We don't have an update on that yet, but they have asked for player IDs to see if they can see anything there. The trouble is…

I am not actually sure! I don't think you can actually tell although in some of kings games you can add them manually to your game. A big welcome to the community!
