Sometimes (and I'm not promising it will work) if you have your game synced with Facebook/ the kingdom, logging in with the alternative way can make them appear. Or sometimes if you have a different device even.

I've asked about this as we are getting more complaints. But as it's only available to a set amount of players, it looks like the groups have been changed around :(

You are very welcome @corn501 I have found with issues on the w10 app that often they are only resolved after a reinstall. Which can be a pain if you lose the boosters. However if you cannot get in at all, the boosters are not going to help you anyway 🤷🏻♀️ Happy playing!! You know where we are if you need any other help 🤗
