Sometimes (and I'm not promising it will work) if you have your game synced with Facebook/ the kingdom, logging in with the alternative way can make them appear. Or sometimes if you have a different device even.

I've asked about this as we are getting more complaints. But as it's only available to a set amount of players, it looks like the groups have been changed around :(

You are very welcome @corn501 I have found with issues on the w10 app that often they are only resolved after a reinstall. Which can be a pain if you lose the boosters. However if you cannot get in at all, the boosters are not going to help you anyway ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ Happy playing!! You know where we are if you need any other help ๐ค
