Hi, that is frustrating. As regards the Oppo, could you clear the game cache as well as the play store cache before uninstalling. Reboot your phone then try again. Do you log in via the kingdom or Facebook?

PRS has an issue with connections for some reason, that's what I meant. Do you log in using email or Facebook?

There is a workaround here But if that does not work all we can do is keep checking the game for updates as the studio are aware of the issue now. But as its the holidays, I am not sure how long it will take to fix 🤨

Hi, I would suggest firstly that you log out of your game, restart your device then log back in and see if they appear. If not, please go to the help centre within the game and contact player support. They can look into your account which we cannot do here and hopefully be able to tell you exactly where they have gone 🤗
