Apparently if you break a block using a hammer, the fifth balloon shows up. If you do not have any hammers, I would email player support from within the game itself as you may get a quicker response.

Good afternoon. We are aware of the issue with the level but unfortunately as its Christmas day it is unlikely anyone will be working. We have reported it for you though so as soon as they are in work they will see it 🤗

We had snow abnormally early for England at the beginning of the month and now we are on course for the warmest Christmas day since records began. Its crazy! Stay warm, at least at Christmas you don't need to go anywhere lol
