With all due respect, strongly worded emails for a free event that might be just glitching...isn't going to get it fixed faster than it would be. It might possibly be because Petopia has been released too early. Whether intentional or not, we don't know yet.

It probably is, as petopia has shown up early for some accounts. I just wanted to say though as regarding switching groups, it is an internal group so you woudn't know if you had or not. Its random and they do shuffle them now and again so other players get a chance to play them. It doesn't sound like it is this time…

Good evening. At this time it is not available to all players. It might be that you have switched groups and that is why its vanished. Or it could just be that they have run into some problems with it. I will ask our community manager but they don't work weekends so we won't get a quick response.
