good afternoon and welcome to the community :) I know it's annoying. I cannot play either :( so far it seems to work on Apple devices (I don't know how many) or Facebook if you use that as a log in and have a computer.

oh no normally if it's just a one off issue then we would but only as a last resort. I know it's frustrating when they all get lost. but it's a confirmed issue so it's good from that point of view at least 😁

welcome to the community. as you can see from the community managers comment, nobody has asked you to delete the game. That's only when it's device specific and nobody else has had issues. It's a known issue and it will be fixed as soon as they can fix it. They won't take any longer than they need to 🙂

you are very welcome! I found it works on my iOS mobile and Facebook but not windows 11 app which is what I use it on. Ironically I have a lot of boosters on Facebook so I cannot make my help videos 😂😭
