  • Hi @Liv_Sousa and @addlona you need to note the date and time, and the advert name. Go to the help centre and contact support from there. It is not something that King would knowingly show, so next time it happens, please let them know so they can remove it. Thank you :)

  • Short answer, because that is the way the game is designed. I am assuming you mean the ones on the play screen. I know its not ideal and its something that has been brought up quite a few times over the years.

  • The idea is that you need to be online at the same time they are sent. However, I do not think it is working properly as I haven't had many (if any) lives for months. I will tag our farm manager so he can see if there is anything going on again. @LoFiGummy

  • If you are passing all the new levels quickly, how about trying to play without using gold or boosters? Have a little patience and play without and then you won't have to complain about waiting for new levels. And yes you are using helpers as you cannot pass the newer levels without.
