I wonder if it's somehow a connection issue, but I used this ID 10299823458to give them and they said it's not ab active account. You don't have a second account you use for pet rescue only? Could I be a pain and ask you just to go into settings and double check it's not saved you under a different number or something…

Shovels are bought with green beans though not real money. so I don't class them as a booster as they are free. I might have boosters I've earned from the game but if you watch the video, I don't use them. It's pointless making videos using boosters because they help even less. Have you tried following my tips?
