They know, I have had the same for a long long time, but it doesn't affect anything as @encantes says, so just ignore it 🤗 Its a minor issue and it will get fixed at some point.

the level seems to be passable. But we have asked them to look at the booster usage. So fingers crossed!

Hello and a warm welcome to the pet rescue saga community. In order to keep the game stable, not everyone gets the mountain all the time. All we can say is that you should get it at some point so keep your game updated. Which level is it? Perhaps we can help with some pointers?
