Have you tried repairing it? Initially. Sometimes the app for no reason decides to just play up. My FHS one does from time to time 🙄

Its always a good idea to start a new thread with your level issue, but I have the video for that level made by @Lynette I hope it helps!

Go to the little heart section, click get more lives and it will ask you if you want to add more friends 🤗

If ever you buy items and do not get them, raise the issue with the app store. There should be a link on the bottom of the email receipt. Have you tried logging out then in again as regards your store issues?
