Your community email, is it the same as your progress saving in the game email? It might be that you used different emails.

Hello and welcome to the pet rescue area. Congratulations on the new phone. Open the game, click on the cog or where it says something like "save your progress" and log in with your existing method. Boosters will not transfer across as they stay on the same device you won them on, but the progress and bars will move over 😊

Hiya, just to let you know that I heard back from the team. They agree that reinstalling would be the best, however, they will not be able to replace all of your lost boosters. They could send 20 of each but as you have a lot that would entirely be your decision. Its harder when its just a few players and nobody else seems…

Good afternoon and welcome to the community. If you mean the extra at the end of the level when you do not pass it, these are not part of a regular play and are often just extras that come and go. Keep checking for updates and you never know in future 😊🎄
