I guess (and this is just a guess) as it works for many many players and they enjoy it working (and complain when they don't get it) they are not keen to removed something that works for so many. the players that complain here about it not working are a very very tiny % of players. you log in through the kingdom right? Can you use a password and an email address to log on in the log into community part? I have an account with Apple but I still need to log in with Facebook or the kingdom or my progress doesn't always appear again. what app version is it you have? I'm passing this over to the community…

apologies, it didn't notify me as there wasn't a tag. They were looking into it as it seems quite a few had issues too. Has the progress returned? If not they can manually put it back but I'm assuming that you logged in the same way as you did previously?

hello and welcome to the community! can you get into the screen where you can log out of the game at least? Sometimes if you can log out, reboot your device, wait a little while then try again it works. or is it the first orange screen that comes up before the play screen?
