try to log of facebook and connect again this help me sometimes and didnt spend my gold bars or boosters

approximately they bring new levels every month , sometimes after 3 weeks but most of the cases in 1 months

Just wait im sure the kings will give you the bonus , mayby have some problems and when they fix , they will give you the rewards
