It does look like it is a glitch as it isn't showing you the offer. Are you able to close it out?

Try signing out and back into your King account within the app, and then replaying the milestone level. It should give you the new banner.

When this happens, it's meant to be a blocker you can't remove. Often it's because it creates other blockers you need to clear the level, and to make the level challenging. If this post helped you, feel free to accept the answer. It helps me reach my goal. Cheers!

@Scooterpie Yes, I cleared the levels! I really enjoyed the last few levels in the second episode. I'm going on holiday for most of November, so I am going to fall behind soon! :(
