It sounds like the app is unable to connect to the app store... One way to try to fix this is to reinstall the app, but you will lose all boosters and unsaved progress, so only do this is as a last resort...

Hi there, it looks like you are playing at the upper tier of the highest levels. These levels tend to made very difficult until they are eased in a few weeks. It's not the most fair, but it's just how it is :( By the way, if you could accept my answer, it would help me reach my goal. Thanks so much!

The levels are adjusted weekly, especially the more recent levels. The layouts and number of moves changes quite often.
