Hi there, many levels become quite challenging when they are just a few weeks old. Over time they May becomes easier. So sorry for this!

If you are playing through Facebook, Iād recommend downloading the app from the App Store and playing that way instead :)

It sounds like your app is having issues connecting to the internet. You may have to reinstall the app, but beware, you will lose all boosters and unsaved progress...

Hi there. You have to match candies beside it of the same color. Once it starts glowing, click on it once, and then click somewhere else on the board to move it. Good luck!

Hi there :) You need to link your progress with a King account, or email address. You may have already done this without realizing, but if you think you haven't, select your profile within the app and look for a sync option. Cheers :)

Hi there, so sorry for your loss... Certain data is saved to your device's memory, and boosters are on of those things. Hopefully you can work to have them reinstated.
