This has been happening a lot to me lately and much like you, it doesn't appear that they did anything to help or compensate me. Shame on them for this. It is coming across as a scam. Right in the middle of a hot streak to force people to have to start over. NOT COOL, KING!!!!! MAKE IT RIGHT!!!!

After all the money I spent on this game there really isn't going to be any resolution!? Just, try again!? If that's the case, this game won't get another cent out of me. I've never made any complaints about Candy Crush and this is how I get treated. Very disappointing.

I did all of that. Nothing would make the last cherry fall. Like I already said, I used over 50 coins to buy items and generated both stripe and bomb candies. Nothing worked. Which is why I think it was a glitch. But now I'm out all of that stuff and actual money that i used to buy those coins and items. All I'm asking for…
