Hiya @BuffaloGal57 You're very welcome. π€ I've never played CCS, only Friends at first...about 3 years now and then last year started PRS, then a few months after that FHS...my phone can't handle any more than that. If you didn't uninstall CCS... shouldn't it have transferred? I would contact support there and find out whyβ¦
