Candy Crush Saga Level 4197 is not an easy level, especially with only 14 moves!
I tried to concentrate on removing the column (of marshmallow, or whatever the white stuff is) on the left first.
Then I worked on creating special candies to swipe away the other obstacles.
There are two playthroughs of the level in my example below, I hope it helps?

yes, removing 7 (or more) moves/bubbles is a regular thing in all the games! There is nothing you can do except let them know you're not happy with them doing this by posting here.

When you run out of lives you can also use coins to buy them, just click the lives heart. It is 9000 coins to refill your lives (mine is greyed out here because I have 5 lives just now)
