Candy Crush Saga Level 4197 is not an easy level, especially with only 14 moves!
I tried to concentrate on removing the column (of marshmallow, or whatever the white stuff is) on the left first.
Then I worked on creating special candies to swipe away the other obstacles.
There are two playthroughs of the level in my example below, I hope it helps?

Hi @msbodydr, King have recently changed a lot of the levels to have less moves :( We are working on changing the tutorials for them. Thanks for letting us know about this one! Good luck with it, I'll see if I can pass it and get you some tips.
