Candy Crush Saga Level 4197 is not an easy level, especially with only 14 moves!
I tried to concentrate on removing the column (of marshmallow, or whatever the white stuff is) on the left first.
Then I worked on creating special candies to swipe away the other obstacles.
There are two playthroughs of the level in my example below, I hope it helps?

Hi Se Boohar, this is a current glitch in the game. The game loses your progress when you log out. The only way you can complete this (until they fix the glitch) is to play all 4 hard Levels without closing the game!
