Candy Crush Saga Level 4197 is not an easy level, especially with only 14 moves!
I tried to concentrate on removing the column (of marshmallow, or whatever the white stuff is) on the left first.
Then I worked on creating special candies to swipe away the other obstacles.
There are two playthroughs of the level in my example below, I hope it helps?

If you play on an android device they are already here, so go to your app store to update, but if you use iOS they are due Thursday (hopefully they will be on time)

Hi Sherry, I have this problem also and know that the King Team are aware and looking into it. It can help if you tell us which browser you use, and do you find, like I do, that the loading problem is worse when facebook is more busy?
