Candy Crush Saga Level 4197 is not an easy level, especially with only 14 moves!
I tried to concentrate on removing the column (of marshmallow, or whatever the white stuff is) on the left first.
Then I worked on creating special candies to swipe away the other obstacles.
There are two playthroughs of the level in my example below, I hope it helps?

Hi, sorry you're losing boosters, many of us have this problem! I've found it's best to use them as soon as possible so there are none to lose! If you have bought boosters it is different and they can be replaced. We will let the King team know …

Hi didi61, have you tried clearing your browser cache? Or using a new browser or anything similar? There cannot be a fix unless King know what is causing this :( Please help by posting a comment here: Pet Rescue Saga not loading?
