Candy Crush Saga Level 4197 is not an easy level, especially with only 14 moves!
I tried to concentrate on removing the column (of marshmallow, or whatever the white stuff is) on the left first.
Then I worked on creating special candies to swipe away the other obstacles.
There are two playthroughs of the level in my example below, I hope it helps?

Hi Sherry, the Mountain glitch at Level 4 is a known error - hopefully it will be fixed by the next Mountain! What device are you playing on? The game has had new Episodes on all devices except iOS - I'm not sure what the problem is with them!

Sorry Constance, usually it's only two weeks between updates, but for some reason iOS has not updated with new Levels yet.

Hi Terri, you need to understand how the balloons work in Level 2007 to be able to use them to help complete the Level. Read the tips under the video example at this link - I hope it helps :-) Pet Rescue Saga Level 2007

Hi kaykaysc I also have this glitch on facebook. It comes and goes, and tends to happen more after I've cleared my browser cache. I have let them know at King, but not sure what, if anything, is being done about it. I'll try to find out for you.
