Candy Crush Saga Level 4197 is not an easy level, especially with only 14 moves!
I tried to concentrate on removing the column (of marshmallow, or whatever the white stuff is) on the left first.
Then I worked on creating special candies to swipe away the other obstacles.
There are two playthroughs of the level in my example below, I hope it helps?

Hi Lisa, this can happen sometimes if you also have the game on another device and it is getting game notifications. It can help to turn off the notifications for this game on facebook.

Thanks for your solution Karen Cook :-) it sounds like if anyone still has the problem then clearing the browser cache on computer, or updating the game app on mobile devices could help.

Hi drscmd1, each higher rank takes more wins to fill, you'll see a bar that shows your progress each time you win, when it is full you will get to rank 14 :-)
