Candy Crush Saga Level 4197 is not an easy level, especially with only 14 moves!
I tried to concentrate on removing the column (of marshmallow, or whatever the white stuff is) on the left first.
Then I worked on creating special candies to swipe away the other obstacles.
There are two playthroughs of the level in my example below, I hope it helps?

Hi DebiD1, it sounds like a graphics problem between your device and the game. Are you playing on computer? If you are make sure your browser is HTML5 compatible and your cache is cleared before you next try to play.

Hi Non, just make sure you are connected to the Kingdom (via the orange crown icon in the game settings) and random friends will be assigned to you. Note that in this game you do not get friends until after completing the first Episode.
