Candy Crush Saga Level 4197 is not an easy level, especially with only 14 moves!
I tried to concentrate on removing the column (of marshmallow, or whatever the white stuff is) on the left first.
Then I worked on creating special candies to swipe away the other obstacles.
There are two playthroughs of the level in my example below, I hope it helps?

Hi Andrea, yes it is a bug and is happening in ALL King games at the moment. Like Henry suggests you could try the Opera browser, King are looking into this problem and we hope they will have a fix soon.
