Candy Crush Saga Level 4197 is not an easy level, especially with only 14 moves!
I tried to concentrate on removing the column (of marshmallow, or whatever the white stuff is) on the left first.
Then I worked on creating special candies to swipe away the other obstacles.
There are two playthroughs of the level in my example below, I hope it helps?

Hi Denise, do you not get a Weather Alert at all? At the moment some players get it only on a Monday while others have the bonus game 3 times a week. King are testing to see which work best. You should get at least one per week.

A temporary solution for this problem, until it is fixed, can be to simply use a different browser than you normally do
