Candy Crush Saga Level 4197 is not an easy level, especially with only 14 moves!
I tried to concentrate on removing the column (of marshmallow, or whatever the white stuff is) on the left first.
Then I worked on creating special candies to swipe away the other obstacles.
There are two playthroughs of the level in my example below, I hope it helps?

Sometimes you do need to play many, many times before the bubbles co-operate and let you catch them all! Always aim high and make use of fairies and fill Nero's orb when you can. Good luck
