Candy Crush Saga Level 4197 is not an easy level, especially with only 14 moves!
I tried to concentrate on removing the column (of marshmallow, or whatever the white stuff is) on the left first.
Then I worked on creating special candies to swipe away the other obstacles.
There are two playthroughs of the level in my example below, I hope it helps?

Hi Diane, the bonus games will be back, with the game version change and game glitches many of the old 'regular' features are missing for a bit, or just given to random players. We just have to be patient and wait for them. :(

Hi Bree, Rescue Race is not a game you need to click into. It is a challenge to see who collects the most new stars within the normal gameplay. Just play as usual and any new stars you earn are added. We only earn new game coins from new Levels…

Jessica, it sounds like changing the clock did stop the fairies. Have you also tried turning your device off completely? Then on again. This could help to re-set everything.

Qtmmalik, were you connected to King or facebook? Your progress will have been saved if you were. Try playing Level 1 again then reload the game, sometimes this helps it to reconnect. Let me know if it works :)
