Candy Crush Saga Level 4197 is not an easy level, especially with only 14 moves!
I tried to concentrate on removing the column (of marshmallow, or whatever the white stuff is) on the left first.
Then I worked on creating special candies to swipe away the other obstacles.
There are two playthroughs of the level in my example below, I hope it helps?

Sorry you're still having problems Deidra, did you leave it on the loading page for as long as it needed? The first download after the change can take some time and if you go off the game page it pauses the loading. Clear your cache again…

You do not need to do anything except click on the x top corner of the pop up. Most of us just do this then forget it.
