Candy Crush Saga Level 4197 is not an easy level, especially with only 14 moves!
I tried to concentrate on removing the column (of marshmallow, or whatever the white stuff is) on the left first.
Then I worked on creating special candies to swipe away the other obstacles.
There are two playthroughs of the level in my example below, I hope it helps?

New Levels are released every two weeks Subhashini. The next Episode for computer is due on Thursday this week and on mobile next week. (They are not always on time)

No that does not sound right, I think may be your browser could be the problem. Are you using one of the browsers suggested in the links I gave above and did you clear your cache recently?

Francine, try clearing your cache then loading the game again and see if this helps :)
