Candy Crush Saga Level 4197 is not an easy level, especially with only 14 moves!
I tried to concentrate on removing the column (of marshmallow, or whatever the white stuff is) on the left first.
Then I worked on creating special candies to swipe away the other obstacles.
There are two playthroughs of the level in my example below, I hope it helps?

Play Level 1 then reload the game, this sometimes helps it reconnect. If not, come back here and reply to this post so we can help you further.

Are you using a mouse to play? You can see the aiming line if you hold down the mouse button...it only shoots if you let go.

Sorry that you are still at Level 1 after trying to reload :( Your progress will be able to be restored but someone from King will have to look into your game to do it. I will alert them to the fact that you (and many others) have this problem.

Some players with the new version seem to get the Weather Alert while others do not, I think it does not appear the first time after the change, but you'll get it later. Hopefully you will get the next one.
