Candy Crush Saga Level 4197 is not an easy level, especially with only 14 moves!
I tried to concentrate on removing the column (of marshmallow, or whatever the white stuff is) on the left first.
Then I worked on creating special candies to swipe away the other obstacles.
There are two playthroughs of the level in my example below, I hope it helps?

Karen this was fixed a few weeks ago. You might need to manually update your game (go back to where you downloaded it for an update) When you're up to date it should be fixed :)

Ciara this was a problem when the Episode was first released. They fixed it in a recent update, may be try updating the game again and see if it helps?

Hi Annie, I assume you play on the mobile app? Updates to mobile are always a bit later than the desk top version of the game. They are due this week so hopefully you will not be waiting much longer.

You could also try uninstalling then reinstalling the game. Make sure you are connected to facebook or the Kingdom to save your progress first. You would lose any saved boosters or lives doing this but if connected will save where you are at.

What device are you playing on Ogard? If you are on computer you might be able to change the game size by changing it within your browser.

lol, funny mistake - we'll make sure this is passed on to the developers. Lucky it's not one of the early Levels in the Episode.
