Candy Crush Saga Level 4197 is not an easy level, especially with only 14 moves!
I tried to concentrate on removing the column (of marshmallow, or whatever the white stuff is) on the left first.
Then I worked on creating special candies to swipe away the other obstacles.
There are two playthroughs of the level in my example below, I hope it helps?

Pascal, you may have reach the final upgrade (for now) for your home. Did you do the house upgrade for 6000 stars? It is the last one at the moment. There will be more home upgrades added to the game in the future.

I'm sure they are working on new upgrades for the homes, keep collecting that star dust and you'll be able to spend it all once new things are added to the houses.

What exactly is it that you need to help you John? King will not change a Level just because one player finds it difficult (sorry) Many other players have managed to pass, so either keep trying or use some boosters to help you.

Syed log into King.com (use the same email address you do for facebook) Go to 'games' choose one of the games that you play. Then, once you are at the game, look for the friend icon on the left.

Sorry Anthony, I think it must be one of the random things that King just test on some players first - I don't have it either but most of my friends do :(

If it's a browser problem, try clearing the cache/history in your browser and see if that helps. You could also try playing in a different browser.

:( so sorry you're still stuck Angel. This game got difficult really fast! the only other suggestion is to use boosters, or extra moves.

This Level is currently Level 5 in the bonus 'Weather Alert' game. Unfortunately it still cannot be passed without boosters because it asks for 15 Pets :(
