Candy Crush Saga Level 4197 is not an easy level, especially with only 14 moves!
I tried to concentrate on removing the column (of marshmallow, or whatever the white stuff is) on the left first.
Then I worked on creating special candies to swipe away the other obstacles.
There are two playthroughs of the level in my example below, I hope it helps?

Duane, it sounds like you need to manually update the game. Go back to where you downloaded it from and update or re-load :)

LadyAngel55 are you sure it is Pet Rescue Saga? Level 431 is one to rescue 5 Pets, none of which are sheep :)
